Northern Beaches Environmental Art and Design Prize 2026

Now in its sixth year, the Northern Beaches Art and Design prize is one of Australia's leading prizes for artists and designers wanting to thoughtfully engage with current environmental issues. It attracts over 700 submissions, with 170 inspring finalists being selected to showcase their works at the exhibition, including Studio A's Guy Fredericks!

This year, the prize is being judged by the talented visual artist and 2024 Archibald Prize winner, Laura Jones, as well as designer, maker and educator Nila Rezaei. Award winners will be announced on Friday 7 August, and the People's Choice Awards will be announced on September 18.
