Make a bequest to Studio A

Step 2: Decide what you would like your gift to be.
There are a number of ways of leaving a gift in your will
You can nominate a specific sum of money
Leave an Estate, or a percentage of the sale
Leave an asset/s (art, jewellery etc - a particular item of value that could be sold or that generates interest to support Studio A)
Step 3: It’s important that the correct wording is used to ensure your wishes can be carried out as intended.
We suggest the following:
I [insert name] bequeath to Studio A (ABN 94 130 786 006) for its general purposes [or name a specific purpose]
[insert whichever below is appropriate]
the whole of my estate; or
the sum of $.... dollars; or
percentage of the rest and residue of my estate,
and I declare that the receipt of an authorised representative of Studio A shall be sufficient discharge to my Trustee(s).
Step 4: Let your loved ones and Studio A know of your intentions to leave a gift.
